- Price the weeks, not the year. Summer holidays, half terms and bank holidays carry the year. Our pricing guide
- Fill the gaps with short breaks. Three and four night stays in spring and autumn add up.
- Keep your diary up to date. Guests enquire more when they can see a week is free.
- Check your park allows letting. Your licence agreement says whether you can let privately, and on what terms. Letting on the big park groups

LIST MY HOLIDAY HOMEQUESTIONS PEOPLE ASK
Is the site fee the same as the pitch fee?
Yes. Parks call the yearly charge for your pitch a site fee or a pitch fee. It is set by your park and usually goes up each year.
Do I pay commission on Static Stays?
No. Static Stays is £79 a year with no commission, so every week you let counts in full towards your costs.
