PRIVACY POLICY

This policy explains what personal information Static Stays collects, why, how long we keep it and what your rights are. Last updated 23 October 2026.

WHO WE ARE

Static Stays (staticstays.co.uk, formerly Mobile Homes 4U at mobilehomes4u.co.uk) is run by Static Caravan Stays Limited, company number 17317424, registered office Spencer House, 114 High Street, Wordsley, Stourbridge, DY8 5QR. We are the controller of your personal information. Contact us about anything in this policy at hello@staticstays.co.uk.

Mobile Homes 4U was previously run by Tracker Computers Ltd. When we took over the business, the details of existing owners and past enquiries came with it. We use them only for the same purposes they were collected for: running the listings and dealing with enquiries.

WHO WE SHARE INFORMATION WITH

We do not sell personal information, and we do not pass it to holiday parks, finance brokers, insurers or anyone else for their marketing. We use these companies to run the site, under contracts that only let them use the information to provide their service to us:

Some of these companies are based in the United States. Where information goes outside the UK, it is protected by the safeguards UK law requires, such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the UK's approved contract terms.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to the police or a park operator to prevent fraud.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would like the chance to put it right first.
