  1. What private caravan hire means. You rent a static caravan or lodge from the person who owns it, not from the holiday park. The owner sets the price, answers your questions and takes your booking.
  2. No booking fee. You deal with the owner and pay them direct. Static Stays never takes payment and never adds a fee.
  3. 245 privately owned holiday homes. On 141 parks across England, Scotland and Wales, from Cornwall to the Moray coast.
  4. Weekly prices from £100. Owners set their own prices. Homes on Static Stays run from £100 to £1,680 a week, depending on the season and the caravan.
  5. Dogs. 86 of the 245 holiday homes welcome dogs. Each owner decides how many and whether there is a charge, so ask before you book.
  6. Park passes. Passes or wristbands for the pools and entertainment are usually bought from the park and are not included in the rent. Check with the owner.
  7. Book safely. Speak to the owner before you pay, get the dates and price in writing, and never pay by a method you cannot trace.
