STATIC STAYS

OUR REVIEW POLICY

• Only guests who enquired through Static Stays, and whose stay the owner confirmed, can review.
• We publish every review that meets this policy, good or bad, and the rating is the average of all of them.
• Owners cannot remove or hide a review. They can reply once, and report a review they believe breaks the policy.
• We remove reviews that are fake, abusive, contain personal details, or are not about the stay.
• We never offer anything in return for a review. Owners may not review their own caravan or ask others to.
• Our own review team's stays are labelled, and say that the stay was free and the owner received a premium listing.
