• Keep your conversation going through your enquiry, so there is a record.
• Pay a deposit by a traceable method. Never pay by bank transfer to someone you only know from social media.
• If anything feels wrong, phone the park to confirm the caravan and owner.
• Report a concern to us and we will look at it the same day.
