FOR OWNERS

LET YOUR STATIC CARAVAN WITHOUT COMMISSION

£79 a year. No commission on your bookings, ever. You set the prices, guests contact you direct, and you keep every penny they pay.

WHAT YOU GIVE UP WITH A COMMISSION AGENCY

Agencies that take payment and handle the booking for you earn a percentage of every week you let. That is how they make their money, and it shapes how they work. Read your own contract for the detail, but owners letting this way can find:

HOW STATIC STAYS IS DIFFERENT

WHAT WE DO NOT DO

We are a listing site, not an agency. We do not take bookings or payments, chase deposits or arrange cleaning. You deal with your guests yourself, the way private owners always have. If you would rather hand all of that over, an agency may suit you better, and you will pay for it in commission.

QUESTIONS PEOPLE ASK

How much does Static Stays cost?

£79 a year for each holiday home. There is no commission and no booking fee, for you or for your guests.

Who sets the prices?

You do. You set a weekly price for each season and can change it at any time.

Who takes the payment?

You do. Guests pay you direct, on the terms you set, and Static Stays never handles the money.

Can I keep my weeks for my own family?

Yes. Mark them as booked in your diary. There is no charge for it.

Can I still list with an agency as well?

Yes, unless your agency contract says otherwise. Keep your diary up to date on both so you never take two bookings for the same week.
