Sykes Holiday Cottages bought UKcaravans4hire.com in June 2022 (PhocusWire). In the autumn of 2025 the site moved owners onto a new booking system.

On Trustpilot, UK Caravans 4 Hire is rated well overall, 4.4 out of 5 from about 5,900 reviews as at 25 October 2026, most of them from guests. Among the smaller number of reviews from owners since the move, a few themes come up. Some owners feel they have less say over their own prices and calendar than before. Some find the fees hard to justify against what they earn, and some describe the new system as harder to use or slower to get help with. A few say they have left.
