FOR OWNERS
CAN I LET MY CARAVAN PRIVATELY ON A PARK HOLIDAYS UK PARK?
Not published: ask the park. Park Holidays does not say on its website whether owners may let privately. Its park rules refer you to your licence agreement. Ask its lettings team in writing before you take a booking.
PRIVATE LETTING
- No published rule either way. Your licence agreement decides.
- Its letting brochure says guests on private rentals do not get the entertainment passes its own guests do.
- Ask before you let: lettings@parkholidays.com or 0343 178 7080.
PARK HOLIDAYS UK'S OWN LETTING SCHEME
Park Holidays offers a Guaranteed Letting Scheme, paid as a lump sum in advance for at least six weeks of letting, and a managed subletting service with no guaranteed income. For 2026 it quotes "up to" figures for each, and the home must be under five years old. Letting through Park Holidays is not offered at Amble Links, Beauport, Oaklands or West Mersea.
YOUR LICENCE AGREEMENT DECIDES
Under the National Caravan Council's guidance for licence agreements made from 1 May 2023, the park must tell you before you buy whether you can let your home, through its scheme or privately, and your licence agreement confirms it. A park bringing in a new requirement to let through it, where there was none, would go against that guidance. Your licence agreement is what counts: read it, and if in doubt ask the park in writing before you take a booking.
Taken from Park Holidays UK's own published pages, as at 25 October 2026. Rules change and can differ from park to park, so confirm with your park before you let.
