CAN I LET MY CARAVAN PRIVATELY ON A HAVEN PARK?
Yes, except at three parks. Haven allows private letting on its parks, except Far Grange, Cardigan View and Garreg Wen. You register each guest's arrival in the owners' portal, and your guests buy their own Play Passes.
PRIVATE LETTING
- Allowed on Haven parks except Far Grange, Cardigan View and Garreg Wen.
- Register every private guest's arrival at owners.haven.com before they come. Every visitor has to be registered.
- Your guests buy Play Passes online or in the My Haven app, from 12 weeks before they arrive. Online sales cover standard breaks only; for other dates they buy at the park, if there are passes left.
- Haven prices passes for private guests differently from its own guests, who get a package. It does not publish the private pass prices.
- Family and friends are separate: each owner account has 10 Friends and Family Cards.
HAVEN'S OWN LETTING SCHEME
Haven runs its own letting service, Haven Letting, with three options: Let2offset, Fixed and Flexi. Haven advertises, takes the bookings and cleans. Under Let2offset, a guaranteed letting income is set against your site fee over 12 monthly instalments, and the home must be under seven years old. Haven does not publish how Fixed and Flexi pay.
YOUR LICENCE AGREEMENT DECIDES
Under the National Caravan Council's guidance for licence agreements made from 1 May 2023, the park must tell you before you buy whether you can let your home, through its scheme or privately, and your licence agreement confirms it. A park bringing in a new requirement to let through it, where there was none, would go against that guidance. Your licence agreement is what counts: read it, and if in doubt ask the park in writing before you take a booking.

Can I let my Haven caravan through Static Stays?
Yes, except at three parks. If your licence agreement allows private letting, you can list it on Static Stays for £79 a year with no commission. Follow your park's rules on registering guests and passes.
