Our Home is Willerby Winchester 2 Bedroom (sleeps 6) Located on Friendly Family Park on the coast road between Prestatyn and Rhyl, North Wales.

Home has central heating, double glazing and is very clean.

Prestatyn beach is less than 5 minutes walk away with local shops and takeaways close by.

LIVING AREA

Free standing 3 piece suite which is also a sofa bed, TV, DVD, Play Station (with some games), Radio, Gas Fire.

KITCHEN

Fridge freezer, Microwave, Small washing machine, Gas hob / oven, Other electrical kitchen appliances such as Toaster, coffee machine.

BEDROOMS

2 bedroom, main bedroom has en-suite, second room has two single beds, Sofa-bed I'm living area.

BATHROOM(S)

Main bathroom with Shower, Toilet, On-suite Toilet in main bedroom.

Decking area with seating.

Small play area for Kids, Site has Laundrette. Electric barrier access.

£50 Deposit which is refundable 24hrs after checkout provided van is left as found and no damage or breakages.

£50 Booking feed to secure home with remainder of the balance to be paid at least 4 weeks before rental period.

Cancellation policy

Full refund

100% refund within 24hrs after booking (provided the stay is at least 60 days away).

Partial refund

50% refund of the amount paid (minus the booking fee*) if cancelled at least 2 weeks before check-in.

No refund

No refund if cancelled less than 2 weeks before check-in.
