FROM THE OWNER

A warm welcome awaits you when you step into our lovely homely caravan which for ease of access has now been relocated fairly near to the entrance at Lido Beach Holiday Park in Prestatyn. What a great place to choose for your holiday if you have children or if you are a more senior couple who are just wanting a break away from it all. The caravan has open plan living and benefits from double galzing and heating throughout.

For those who travel by train, Prestatyn Station is about 10 minute walk from the caravan. You’re so close to the amenities, i.e. a lovely coffee shop on site, tennis court, children’s play park etc. 10 minutes from the caravan out of the caravan park if turn left you will be at the sea front and promenade where you can cycle or walk for miles. If you turn right there is a bustling high street and retail park. There is a even a cinema where you can take in a film if the weather is bad (that’s not very often though) If you’re not feeling very energetic, you may prefer a relaxing/reading on the veranda in the sunshine.

There is an abundance of pubs, coffee shops, restaurants within walking distance of the caravan. A modern retail park with various shops i.e. Tescos, Next, Marks & Spencers, New Look, Poundland etc nearby. Yes Prestatyn has it all, even a market as well! There is pitch and putt round the corner from the Nova Centre. Passes from the park give access to the facilities at Robin Hood Holiday Park including swimming pools, play areas, children’s clubs, bars and entertainment and shop.

A free courtesy bus is provided by Lido Beach to run in between Nant Hall Hotel, Robin Hood and Lido Beach. We think you will love this location having the choice of a quiet stay with all the usual facilities available close to hand. An absolutely perfect location for everything you could ever want or need!

LIVING AREA

The spacious living area has comfortable free standing sofas, coffee table, TV/DVD player and gas fire. The living area is open plan to the kitchen.

KITCHEN

The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with all the essentials including fridge/freezer, oven and hob, toaster and microwave.

BEDROOMS

There are 3 bedrooms, the master has a bouble bed and the further 2 bedrooms have twin beds.

BATHROOM(S)

The bathroom comprises a shower, wash basin and toilet.

EXTERIOR

The exterior features a veranda which has additional seating and dining area, there is also a private parking bay for your use.

SITE FACILITIES

Large Childrens Play Area - Tennis Courts - Direct access to Beach - Use of Facilities at Nova complex next door.

Nova offers bars, restaurants, caberet room, swimming pool and children's play area.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

A £50 deposit/security bond required on booking. Full hire charge due on or before 6 weeks prior to your stay. Deposit/security bond returned within 2 working days subject to the caravan being left in a satisfactory condition free from damage or loss. Please bring your own duvet covers/pillow cases and towels.
