FROM THE OWNER
The caravan size is L35 x W12. There is no decking/verandah at the moment. Carpet in all rooms except kitchen, rugs in all bedrooms. Situated close to the amenities and parking area. Vacuum cleaner.
LIVING AREA
Spacious living area with curved seating and coffee table. TV with DVD player, plenty of DVDs for kids and adults also some music CDS. Several books and toys. Table lamp in corner. Gas fire.
KITCHEN
Gas cooker, fridge-freezer, toaster, microwave, kettle. Crockery and cutlery, pots and pans.
BEDROOMS
1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms, each with bedside rugs. All have bedside lamps. Bedding supplied and beds made up for guests arrival. All bedrooms have wall heaters.
BATHROOM(S)
1 shower room with sink. Bathroom cabinet and heater. Separate toilet room with sink.
EXTERIOR
2 external doors with steps up. No decking/verandah.
SITE FACILITIES
Showbar, restaurant with bar and late night entertainment. Kids club, crazy golf, putting green. New arts and crafts centre, high wire, football area. Kids play Park and soft play area. Indoor swimming pool. Outside seating area for adults. Fish and chip and on-site shop. Launderette.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Passes are available from the Reception office.
There is a £50 deposit refundable if the caravan is left clean and tidy and no damage is done. Any serious breakages to be paid for e.g. doors, lamps.
Holiday to be paid for 3 weeks prior to start of holiday.
