This is an 8 berth 3 bed 36ft x 12ft  Willerby Rio Gold caravan, With 32inch TV and Dvd in the Lounge and Wall mounted Tv in the master bedroom. With Veranda. It has Gas Central Heating throughout.

Located on John Fowler South Bay Holiday Park, Brixham, Devon.

LIVING AREA

The living area is quite large spacious area with plenty of seating has a double size pull out bed, there is a 32 inch TV and DVD player, Dings table with 4 chairs, and bench seating and Gast Fire along with the central Heating Radiator, and some storage space.

KITCHEN

The Kitchen is quite large fitted with Gas Cooker, fridge/Freezer, Microwave. Toaster, Kettle set of Saucepans, frying pan, and cutlery and crockery. It has several cupboards for storage etc.

BEDROOMS

The master bedroom has plenty of space double bed, It has a large wardrobe and several large drawers for storage space a wall mounted TV.

Their are 2 twin-bedded room has two single beds and a wardrobe with drawers, there is also a bed guard in one of the rooms.

BATHROOM(S)

The caravan has one bathroom fitted with shower and wash hand basin and toilet it has wall mounted storage space, there is also a separate Toilet adjacent.

EXTERIOR

The caravan has a large Veranda with patio set and 4 chairs, it has a Picnic bench adjacent, Parking adjacent to the caravan i.e. just opposite about 30ft away. The caravan is situated in a Cul-de-Sac and there is a pathway from the end with a short walk to the site facilities.

SITE FACILITIES

This lively holiday park is set above the bustling harbour town of Brixham. There's plenty to do at South bay holiday park with an adventure playground, crazy golf, basketball and kids' club. Relax on a lounger as the kids whizz down the flume, watch the little ones in the toddler pool or enjoy a swim straight through to the indoor pool.

Enjoy an action packed entertainment programme in the newly refurbished Bay View Club or take it easy on the sun terrace and enjoy a drink as the sun goes down. For the more energetic, a stepped path leads you down to the delightful St Mary's Cove.
