This is a Willerby Winchester 38ftx12ft spacious caravan with 3 piece suite with fold out double bed in the lounge King size bed in the master bedroom and one twin bedded room, fully fitted Kitchen. Ensuite in master bedroom with Jack & Jill Ensuite to Lounge and Twin bedded room.

Located on John Fowler South Bay Holiday Park, Brixham, Devon.

LIVING AREA

The living area is quite large spacious area with 3 piece suite and the Settee has a double size pull out bed, there is a 40 inch TV and DVD player, Dining table with 4 chairs. and Electric effect Fire along with the central Heating Radiator, Standard lamp and other effects to give it a homely feeling.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is quite a large area with a large built in Fridge/freezer Full size Gas cooker, microwave/4 slice toaster and kettle. It has a full set of crockery and cutlery along with a set saucepans and Frying pans, their are also several different utensils and Knife Block etc.

BEDROOMS

The master bedroom if fitted with a King size bed, it has a wall mounted TV two wardrobes, bedside tables and drawers and is linked to an Ensuite shower room with washbasin and toilet.

BATHROOM(S)

There are two bathroom/shower rooms both Ensuite to the master bedroom and the twin bedded room with jack & Jill doors to the Lounge and bedroom.

EXTERIOR

The Exterior has a large veranda with Patio set / table and 4 chairs with steps to the main pathway.

SITE FACILITIES

This lively holiday park is set above the bustling harbour town of Brixham. There's plenty to do at South bay holiday park with an adventure playground, crazy golf, basketball and kids' club. Relax on a lounger as the kids whizz down the flume, watch the little ones in the toddler pool or enjoy a swim straight through to the indoor pool.

Enjoy an action packed entertainment programme in the newly refurbished Bay View Club or take it easy on the sun terrace and enjoy a drink as the sun goes down. For the more energetic, a stepped path leads you down to the delightful St Mary's Cove.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

All bedding is included in ours prices, along with access to all of the site facilities. Access to the caravan is at latest 4.0pm on the day of arrival and depart by 10.00am on the day your booking ends. car parking is close to the caravan. and there is also parking close to the Club if necessary, It is only a short walk from the caravan to the Club/pool and on site facilities.
