A 3-bedroom caravan on Devon Cliffs, Sandy Bay. It sleeps 8. No pets. Prices run from £390 to £945 a week, depending on the season.

FROM THE OWNER

A Magnificent 30 mile uninterrupted view across the sea to the horizon, the passing ships at night twinkle like stars.This is the view you get from the front lounge and decking area, when you hire our 8  birth caravan at Devon Cliffs.

The caravan is Fully Centrally Heated and Double Glazed and is South facing with the SUN shining from morning till late night onto the decking, allowing you to use the FREE GAS Barbecue, eat al fresco with a bottle of wine till the sun goes down, listening to the birds in the trees.

Leave your car next to the caravan as it is only a 5 minute walk to the complex, and only a 3 minute walk down to the beautiful Sandy Bay Beach.

We supply an iron / ironing board and hair drier.

LIVING AREA

Large comfortable lounge with plenty of comfortable seating and TV/DVD. Also some toys and books.

Dining table and chairs.

KITCHEN

Kitchen has microwave and cooker, and full kitchen utensils.

BEDROOMS

3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twins, the twin beds can be pushed together to make 1 large bed, and there is a pull out in the front room.

BATHROOM(S)

2 Toilets one with a Shower.

EXTERIOR

Outside the lounge there is a large decking area with furniture. There is a gate on the decking so young children play without getting away from mum & dad.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

In the High Season Saturday to Saturday Bookings.

Arrival time normally between 12pm - 1pm.

Departure time 10am or before.

We only require a £75.00 deposit, and the remaining balance 8 weeks before the holiday date.

We highly recommend that you take out travel/Injury insurance.

We supply duvets & pillows, but please bring all duvet covers bottom & top sheets and pillowcases, and towels.

Our prices do not include Haven Entertainment Passes, but if you wish we can complete all the paperwork so you can collect your passes at reception.

Gas and electric included.
