  2. Weekly prices from £205. Dog-friendly homes in Yorkshire run from £205 to £700 a week, depending on the season.
  3. Dogs on the beach in Filey. Summer 2026: dogs banned from signposted zones of Filey beach from 1 May to 30 September (a short section between Royal Parade and Coble Landing). The rest of the beach stays open to dogs, and Cayton Bay has no restrictions.
  4. Dogs on the beach in Flamborough. East Riding of Yorkshire Council's seasonal ban (1 May to 30 September) covers parts of Bridlington North and South beaches, Hornsea and Withernsea. Flamborough's beaches are not covered and are open to dogs all year, as are nearby Sewerby and Fraisthorpe.
  5. Dogs on the beach in Scarborough. North Yorkshire Council's 2024 order bans dogs from 1 May to 30 September inclusive on South Bay (from the West Pier to the steps by the roundabout next to the underground car park) and on the central stretch of North Bay (from the northern slipway at The Sands to the slipway at the end of the chalets). From 1 October to 30 April these beaches are open to dogs. Dogs must be on a lead on the North Bay and South Bay promenades all year. Beach outside the marked zones is not covered by the summer ban.
  6. Dogs on Blue Dolphin Holiday Park. Dogs are welcome, and there is a dog walk nearby.
  7. Dogs on Cayton Bay Holiday Park. The park is listed as pet friendly; rules and fees are not stated.
  8. Dogs on Flamingo Land Resort Holiday Village. Dogs are allowed only in dog-friendly accommodation; in the theme park they must be on a lead and are barred from the zoo, Children's Planet and Splish Splosh.
  9. Dogs on Reighton Sands Holiday Park. Dogs are welcome, with a dog-friendly beach, a dog-friendly restaurant terrace and walking areas on and off the park.
  10. Dogs on Sand le Mere Holiday Village. Up to two well-trained dogs per holiday home, from £30 per short break or £40 per week, with some breeds declined.
  11. Check with the owner. Each owner decides whether dogs can stay and how many, and some charge for them. Ask before you book.
