BEFORE YOU START

1. Check with your park. Most parks allow private sales on site, but some take a commission, have rules about signs, or will not let the caravan stay on the pitch for a new owner. Your pitch licence will say.
2. Gather the facts buyers ask for: year, make and model, size, site fees, years left on the pitch licence, and whether it can stay on the pitch.
3. Take good photos on your phone. Our photo guide shows how.
4. List it here. It takes about ten minutes on your phone or computer. You can talk about your caravan instead of typing, and we write it up.

Every seller is checked before their listing goes live: a photo of your ID and your current site fee invoice or pitch licence. We delete the ID photo once checked.
