FROM THE OWNER

Our stunning ABI Beaumont, a luxurious spa-like 3 bedroom lodge retreat for hire at Seton Sands Holiday Village.  Seton Sands is located on the outskirts of Edinburgh on Scotland’s Golf Coast and our holiday home is situated in a beautiful part of the Park in a quiet, mature, cul-de-sac with a lovely outlook.  It is just a 2 minute walk to the beach and all amenities.

Our new central heated and double glazed family holiday home is exceptionally spacious at 42′ x 14′ and provides a beautiful spa-like retreat.  The lodge is built to a residential specification with high-performance glass fitted to all doors and windows, providing a high thermal performance and cosy atmosphere at any time of the year.  If you want space and complete comfort you have found a special holiday home here.

LIVING AREA

There is a large open plan living/dining/kitchen area with free-standing sofas, free-standing dining table with chairs. There is a tv with combined dvd player, along with a good selection of dvd's for all the family. There are also games stored within the pouffe. There is an electric fire, which we never seem to use as once the central heating is on, it heats up so quickly that you will be amazed. You have a wonderful outlook to the front with an all glass frontage with sliding doors.

KITCHEN

We have a shaker inspired kitchen with a gas cooker including a 5 burner gas hob, an integrated fridge freezer, microwave, air fryer, nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine, iron and ironing board. All the usual kitchenware is included, pots & pans, chinaware, dishes, glasses, cutlery & utensils etc. Cleaning materials, washing up liquid, dishwasher and washing machine tablets are all provided.

Tea, coffee and sugar are also supplied.

BEDROOMS

There are 3 bedrooms with exclusive pocket sprung mattresses for extra comfort. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed and en-suite. The two further bedrooms are excellently sized twin rooms, so our home comfortably sleeps 6 guests.

BATHROOM(S)

Apart from the master bedroom en-suite with shower, toilet and wash-hand basin, there is a family bathroom with shower, toilet and wash-hand basin. The central heating boiler is located within one of the cupboards of the main bathroom. Hand wash is provided.

EXTERIOR

There are veranda's to the front and side, both with tables and chairs. The exterior grassed area allocated to our lodge is the area to the side (side door area between us and our neighbour) and front. There is an allocated parking space also to the front.

SITE FACILITIES

The holiday village is situated on the picturesque east coast of Scotland, near the town of Port Seton. The area boasts stunning views of the North Sea, with expansive sandy beaches offering a serene escape.

Seton Sands is a family-orientated park with fantastic facilities, There are restaurants where you can relax, have a coffee/drink/meal, there are indoor swimming pools, various activities, foot golf and a 9 hole golf course etc. There are out-side parks and these are free of charge to enter as is the amusement arcade. There is bookable entertainment in the Show Bar for kids of all ages and older. The Entertainment Team are fab, they come up with all sorts, Bingo every day, solo singers, bands, you name it. You can also hire bikes and carts on-site.

Security operate 24/7 and are very approachable in any circumstance. They are located at the entrance of the Park.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

All fresh bed linen is provided, along with hand towels and bath mats in both bathrooms.

There is a hair dryer in the master bedroom.

We offer 3, 4 and 7 night stays with arrivals on a Monday or Friday.

Check-in is from 4pm. Check-out is by 10am.

Play/Entertainment passes are NOT included in our rental cost, but can be purchased by you directly from Haven.

Please note that Haven do not permit bookings from young groups of people, hen or stage parties. It is a family friendly park.

A £100 security fee is required and is refundable after the lodge is checked for any damage or breakages on your departure. The fee is also used as your deposit i.e., this amount is payable over and above the hire cost.
