ABOUT THIS HOLIDAY HOME

A 2-bedroom caravan on Rockley Park, Poole. It sleeps 4. Dogs are welcome. Prices run from £630 to £1,015 a week, depending on the season.

FROM THE OWNER

We have a very nice two bed family owned caravan sited on the flat part of Orchard Bank Just two minutes walk from reception and one more minute to all the facilities. The caravan is well furnished with that warm homely touch. Has full central heating and double glazing in all rooms, giving you that home from home feel while you enjoy your stay at the 5* stay at Rockley Park

LIVING AREA

The open plan caravan has a very comfortable lounge area with 2 two seater settees and 3 small pouffes, A large 42” television with DVD player with remote. A selection of DVD's for all members of the family including books for both Adults and children's if you just want to chill out and relax in front of the electric fire with flame effect.

We also have two remote controlled fans for those hot summer nights if required

also in dining area there is a good size dining table with four chairs to enjoy your evening meal if you are eating in.

KITCHEN

As you enter the caravan you will see a good sized U shaped kitchen with plenty of units above and below counters. You will find ample utensils and crockery you could ever need during your stay also include is, Toaster, Kettle, microwave, separate fridge and freezer.

BEDROOMS

Two bedrooms one double with a small wall mounted TV with remote control and one twin room with two single beds . Both Bedrooms have ample storage space for all your holiday belongings. In the main bedroom there is a hair dryer for your use.

BATHROOM(S)

Our Bathroom consists of a W.C a sink and a shower cubicle in a white suite.

EXTERIOR

Exterior to the van we have a veranda down one side with a small table and 4 chairs for you to enjoy your morning coffee or that chilled glass of wine in the evenings. You have your own Parking space at the side of the caravan.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

We will require £100 security/Deposit (refundable) to secure your booking , Access times are from 15:00 on the day of your stay and 10:00 on the day of your departure. All terms and conditions of booking and a welcome pack info will be sent on booking. We also can provide bedding for £20 all made up for you arrival.

One small dog permitted.

We also supply a starter pack for all our guest consisting of Tea, Sugar, coffee, and one pint of semi skimmed milk. We also supply washing up liquid, dish cloth, tea towel, bin line. We also supply hand soap in both kitchen and toilet to include shower matt and hand towel. FREE OF CHARGE
