Situated at beach entrance with lovely sea views and a short stroll to all park amenities. Front decking with rattan sofa and chairs.

Living area has free standing and comfortable leather 3 piece suite.. Feature fire for display purposes . Smart tv 40 inch and DVD player. Franch doors leading to enclosed decking with sea view.

KITCHEN

Fully fitted kitchen equipped with all crockery/utensils etc. Full size fridge/freezer, Microwave,kettle,Toaster.

Gas cooker oven and grill. Air fryer.

Dining table and chairs and outside door leading to paved patio and private tarmac driveway.

BEDROOMS

One double bedroom with under bed storage large fitted wardrobe and an abundance of drawers and cupboards.

Tv/DVD combi.

Jack & Jill door leading to bathroom as well as door from hallway leading to bathroom.

Bedroom 2 has two single beds fitted wardrobe/drawers and wall storage units, tv/DVD tv wall mounted.

Bathroom has double shower cubicle, vanity wash basin and wc. Wall storage and 2 doors one of which leading to master bedroom and the other from hallway.

Beautifully situated at the beach with lovely sea view. Front enclosed furnished decking, paved patio and private parking.
