This brand new 2021 model ABI Trieste is a superior, pet friendly, spacious, 2 bedroom caravan located on the 5 star Trevella Park close to picturesque Crantock, Newquay and the rest of Cornwall’s north coast.

Luxury and comfort are offered throughout, providing special holidays for couples, families and beloved dogs. Double glazing and central heating make this an ideal place to holiday in all seasons.

LIVING AREA

The spacious, open plan living area features ample comfortable seating, a TV and games for all the family. WiFi is included.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need and also features a built-in microwave, gas hob and oven and a full-size fridge freezer. The dining area has a free-standing table and comfortable seating.

BEDROOMS

There are two bedrooms; a double with king size bed and the luxury of an en-suite toilet, double wardrobe and dressing table along with one twin bedroom and a family bathroom with large shower. There is also a double fold out sofa bed in the lounge. Bed linen is included in the hire price (except for sofa bed).

BATHROOM(S)

The main bedroom has an en-suite toilet and wash basin, and the main bathroom has a large double shower, toilet and wash basin. Towels are not included.

EXTERIOR

The exterior provides parking for 1 car and enclosed decking with a picnic table for al-fresco dining, along with views across a spacious grassed area where the children can play.

SITE FACILITIES

Trevella Park hosts a well-stocked shop, reception, launderette, crazy golf, café & take away, outside heated swimming pool, several children's play areas and well-stocked fishing lakes.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday, with check in from 4pm and check out by 10am. A £100 deposit is required to secure your booking. Remaining balance to be paid no later than 4 weeks prior to your holiday.

Dogs are welcome at no extra charge; you will need to bring your dog’s own bedding and food and water bowls. Please note, dogs need to be kept on a lead when walking them around the park as there are often ducks, swans and other wildlife wandering around. Also please ensure you pick up after them - there are plenty of dog waste bins situated around the park.

The property is strictly NO smoking.

No BBQs allowed on the decking - please cook on the grass adjacent to the caravan.
