With loads of space for kids to play and a wonderful beach front, our friendly Holiday Park has a host of fantastic holiday features to enrich your stay. You can have a great time here at Pevensey Bay Holiday Park with an indoor swimming pool, gym, entertainment venue and adventure playground too.

LIVING AREA

The living area is a large spacious area with 3 piece suite and the settee has a double-size pull-out bed, there is a TV and a DVD player, Dining table with 4 chairs. Electric effect Fire along with the central Heating Radiator, other effects to give it a homely feel.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is a large area with a built under fridge, full size gas cooker, microwave, toaster and kettle. It has a full set of crockery and cutlery along with a set of saucepans and frying pans.

BEDROOMS

The master bedroom is fitted with a King size bed, it has two wardrobes, bedside tables and drawers and is linked to an Ensuite shower room with washbasin and toilet.

BATHROOM(S)

There is a bathroom/shower room with jack & Jill doors to the main bedroom.

On extra w/c off the hallway with a hand basin.

EXTERIOR

The Exterior has a veranda with a patio set / table and 4 chairs.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

A deposit of £50.00 per stay is required by BACS to reserve your dates when booking our holiday home. Full holiday payment is due and payable by you via BACS not less than 30 days in advance of your arrival. To avoid any disappointment, please ensure your balance has reached us by the given time. It is your responsibility to pay the full holiday payment within the time scale.

A further security deposit payment of £100 is required as a damage/loss/cleaning payment and will be refunded to you by BACS payment as soon as our holiday home has been inspected after your departure.

Further an extra charge of £4.00 per Guest after 4 Guests will apply,( but not for children under 16 years of age.)

Due to Park rules, I am afraid we are unable to accommodate the following:

. Parties whose members are under the age of 21

. Parties whose members are all male or all female

. Parties that exceed the number of berths contained in our holiday home (6)

All bedding is included in ours prices, access to all of the site facilities are on offer. Access to the caravan is 4.0pm on the day of arrival and depart by 10.00am on the day your booking ends. Car parking is next to the caravan. and there is also parking close to the Club if necessary, It is only a short walk from the caravan to the Club house and site facilities.
