40ft x 20ft Clearwater Lodge with full wrap-around glass panel decking with parking area. With outstanding views of the local countryside as well as the much sought after sea views. This lodge provides luxurious accommodation in The South Hams area of natural beauty and of course features double glazing and central heating. The lodge is situated towards the rear of Challaborough Bay Holiday Park, you have the benefits of the park facilities close by but not too close, and you are just a few minutes walk to the lovely sandy Blue Flag beach (with R.N.L.I. lifeguards during the summer)

Open plan, 2 Reclining sofas, TV& stand, nest of tables, coffee table, electric fire, a selection of DVD's for wet weather (children's and adult) along with board games, playing cards. shoe rack.

Large Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, washer/drier, dish washer. microwave, 4 slice toaster, kettle, cooker and hob, lots of cupboard space.

Master bedroom has king size bed, two bedside tables, table lamps, walk-in wardrobe with plenty of coat hangers, en-suite with shower hand basin and WC

2 twin bedrooms with bedside tables and built-in wardrobes also with plenty of coat hangers
