ABOUT THIS HOLIDAY HOME

A 2-bedroom caravan on Shorefield Country Park, Milford on Sea. It sleeps 6. Dogs are welcome. Ask the owner for prices.

FROM THE OWNER

This is a family owned caravan, situated in a quite part of Shorefield county park in Hampshire. It is down a cul-de-sac with trees at the side and back and has is own enclosed garden with gates so children and dogs are safe. It has double glazing and central heating with a remote controlled fire in the lounge for extra heating. It has parking for two cars, a short walk to the beach and all the facilities Shorefields offers.

It is a great place for a holiday or relaxing break away from it all. The New Forest national park is on your doorstep where you can hire bikes, go walking or have a picnic. There are lovely pubs near by or stay onsite for lots of activities. Whatever you want to do.

LIVING AREA

The dinning room has a table with four chairs, more chairs can be provided if required.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, cooker

Microwave, toaster, kettle, smoothie maker, iron and

Crockery provided.

BEDROOMS

The caravan had 2 bedrooms:

One double with a standard double bed dressing table, two side tables large wardrobe and wall cupboards. It also has a tv on the wall.

The second bedroom has twin beds a wardrobe, cupboards above the beds, one bedside table and cot side if required.

BATHROOM(S)

It has 2 bathrooms, one on suite with a bath with shower over the top, sink and toilet.

The second bathroom has a walk in shower a toilet a radiator and a mirror above the sink.

EXTERIOR

We have three steps up to the caravan with a wrap a round balcony, outside, wicker furniture that seats six. Then it has three steps down to the garden area with another table and chairs, BBQ and a pathway to the side with an enclosed gate. This is all covered in AstroTurf for people's safety.

SITE FACILITIES

Shorefield country park is a 100 acre site located in the new forest, it is situated close to the beach and a 10 minute drive to the new forest national park area.

Shorefields has two swimming pools a gym spa treatmens a on-site shop bars and restaurants with evening entertainment if you require it. Their is a children’s play park a fishing lake, woodland walks and laundry.

We do require a£100 deposit when booking which will be returned once the caravan has been checked after you depart.

No smoking allowed

Well behaved dogs up to 3 at a time

Bring your own towels, duvet sheets pillowcases and bottom sheets.
