Hi welcome to our lovely 6 berth caravan in Chapel St Leonard’s just outside Skegness which is 15 minutes away from our caravan site. The caravan is 5 minutes walk away from the beach and fishing lake there are pubs clubs amusements and loads of eating options. Ingoldmells is a 10 minute walk.

LIVING AREA

The living area is 12foot wide so plenty of space with a 37 inch TV it has a pill out bed in the living room plus dining table and gas fire black out curtains and comfy seating.

KITCHEN

Kitchen comes fully equipped with cooker microwave kettle fridge cutlery all cleaning equipment so you can keep the caravan clean and tidy there's a 4 sandwich maker also in the cupboard.

BEDROOMS

Main bedroom has a double bed with fitted wardrobe.

Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds with wardrobe.

There is also a travel cot underneath the single bed.

Pullout double bed in living room.

BATHROOM(S)

Bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.

EXTERIOR

Exterior has a patio area with table and 2 chairs.

SITE FACILITIES

There's an outdoor swimming pool (seasonal), there are plenty of pubs with entertainment plus restaurants and take aways the beach is a 5 minute walk.

Plus fishing lake.

Sskegness is a 15 car or bus ride.

Bus can be caught from top of road there's plenty to do with shops and other places to visit, there is a 7 days a week market in ingoldmells which is 10 min walk along beach front.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

The prices range from £50 a night upto £65 a night depending on the time of year, the the bed linen is NOT provided there are quilts and pillows.

THARE IS A REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF £50

DEPENDING ON THE CLEANLINESS OF THE CARAVAN IF YOU USE IT PLESE DONT ABUSE IT.

REFUND WILL BE GIVEN ON SAY SO OF THE CLEANER, IF ITS NOT LEFT CLEAN THEN NO REFUND.
