6 berth caravan with outside veranda.

There is heating throughout the caravan including a gas fire in the lounge.

The conditions of this caravan are compliant with respect to Covid-19 and cleaning standards increased to government guide lines.

LIVING AREA

The lounge provides ample seating for six, also provides another double sleeping area with settee opening out. For dining there it a suitable round table, plus coffee tables, There is a flat screen TV and DVD player.

Duvet and pillows can be found stored under the settee.

KITCHEN

Kitchen has gas cooker, single sink, small fridge, microwave, kettle, electric iron. Comes well equipped with everything you would need including pots pans, kitchen utensils and baking dishes, catering for 6 people.

BEDROOMS

Master bedroom provides double bed, fitted wardrobe. .

Double duvet and pillows provided.

Hoover stored in cupboard.

Second bedroom provides 2 single beds, fitted wardrobe.

Duvets and pillows provided for 2 beds.

Extra blankets stored in this room.

BATHROOM(S)

Shower with separate sink/mirror/small wall cupboard.

Separate toilet with small sink.

EXTERIOR

Steps lead up to a small veranda with table and chairs.

SITE FACILITIES

The site has a laundette and just outsides the site gate is a mini supermarket, cafe, reastaurant, and fish and chip shops.

There is a bus stop outside the site which will take you to Skegness.

Within walking distance is fantasy island theme park, plus large outdoor markets, boating lake, animal farm/wild life center and a variety of shops.
