A 2-bedroom caravan on Weymouth Bay, Weymouth. It sleeps 6. Dogs are welcome. Prices run from £395 to £1,100 a week, depending on the season.

Beautiful 2019 40×14 Willlerby Waverley static caravan/lLodge for let on popular Haven’s Weymouth Bay Holiday park close to amenities and beach. Offering double glazing, central heating, washing machine, dishwasher and a large wrap around decking  to enjoy views of the Meadows.

Located on the Meadows a quite cul-de-sac.

The caravan offers private parking for two cars and just a five minute walk to the complex and close to the beech at bowleaze cove.

LIVING AREA

Spacious modern open plan living room with free standing furniture, with pull out double sofa bed in lounge. 46" Tv, additional electric fire for cozy evenings.

French doors that lead onto the extra large wrap around decking and patio with 2 tables and 6 chairs and picnic bench.

KITCHEN

Modern fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, gas cooker, kettle, toaster, microwave. The wow factor is the beautiful island with bar stools situated in the centre of the caravan.

BEDROOMS

Extra Large master bedroom with king size bed, TV, fitted wardrobes, a dresser and additional storage including a beautiful seating area.

Twin bedroom with 2 large single beds (suitable for adults, beds can also go together if needed), TV/DVD player, dresser & fitted wardrobe.

BATHROOM(S)

Family bathroom with large walk in shower, toilet, wash basin, bathroom cabinet for storage, heated towel rail and sky light.

En-suite bathroom with large shower, toilet, wash basin, heated towel rail and bathroom cabinet.

EXTERIOR

Modern large static caravan/lodge with wrap around decking situated on a quite cul-de-sac with only 18 caravans in total, very peaceful sat relaxing on the decking or patio area overlooking the Meadows.

We have plenty of seating including 2 tables, 6 chairs, picnic bench and coal bbq (please don’t take bbq onto the decking area).

SITE FACILITIES

Weymouth Bay is a Haven holiday park in Weymouth Dorset, it offers plenty for all age groups including a large swimming pool and flume, lazy river, clubhouse, crazy golf, go karts, restaurant, shop and takeaway options.

Daily and evening entertainment, amusements, large playground area and sports area.

Weymouth Beach, town centre and harbour is only a 10 min drive away or if you prefer a stroll along the beech front it’s around a 50 min walk to town centre. There is also a bus stop outside the complex with regular services to and from Weymouth town.

Other Attractions nearby include Portland Bill, West Bay, Poole and Mmonkey World.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Duvets and pillows are provided, you just need to bring your own Duvet covers, pillowcases, sheets, towels and T- towels.

We do offer a bed Linen service which includes beds being made up prior to arrival (for a small additional cost, please don’t hesitate to message if you would like further information).

Unfortunately guests passes are not included in your rental but can be purchased on arrival from reception.

Booking Terms and conditions:

Non refundable deposit upon booking is 25% of the total price. The balance is due 10 weeks prior to holiday.

Please can I state any bookings made are non refundable - however we are happy to rearrange your holiday if given 3 weeks notice of cancellation.

If Weymouth Bay is closed due to Covid restrictions (Lockdown) you will receive a full refund or rearrange if you prefer.

We do require a £100 care and respect deposit which is fully refundable once caravan been throughly checked after departure (left as found) and all is well.

No smoking is permitted

We do not accept bookings from anyone under 21.

We can not accept any liability for any loss, damage or injury to any member of your party.

We do consider small dogs depending on breed as long as they are very well behaved, don’t shed hair and arehouse trained. Wwe do require a extra £10 per dog, please don’t hesitate to enquiry if your interested.
