A 3-bedroom caravan on Pendine Sands, Pendine. It sleeps 8. No pets. Prices run from £350 to £800 a week, depending on the season.

FROM THE OWNER

Privately owned 8 berth caravan situated on Pendine Sands consisting of 3 bedrooms plus sleeping area in the lounge. This is a family run holiday home and has double glazing and central heating.

Wrap around decking with safety gate and furniture.

The booking comes with free gas and electric and with all duvets and pillows but not bedding or towels. There are heated towel radiators in the shower room  and separate W.C.

LIVING AREA

The caravan also has a flat screen TV with DVD/CD player in the living area which has a sofa that turns into a double bed.

It has an electric flame effect fire in lounge, there are USB charging ports for all your gadgets.

KITCHEN

The kitchen area is fully fitted out with gas hob oven and microwave. It also has a kettle toaster Iron/Ironing board and hair dryer.

BEDROOMS

There are 3 bedrooms consisting of One double Two twin rooms and a pullout double in lounge area.

BATHROOM(S)

There are heated towel radiators in the shower room and it has a separate W.C.

EXTERIOR

Windsor is located in a quiet cul de sac part of the park just 2 mins walk to the main clubhouse, restaurant, beach and shops.

It has wrap around patio decking with safety gate and furniture. Parking for three vehicles.

The caravan is 36 foot long and 12 foot wide! very spacious!!!

SITE FACILITIES

Pendine Sands is a clean and well maintained family park which is well located across the road from a 7 mile beach. It has the main venue which houses the indoor heated pool and amusement arcades ,restaurants and day/evening entertainment for all the family. Evening entertainment consists of a couple of hours for the children, bingo, then 2 acts per night for all the family to enjoy.

Pendine Sands main clubhouse has restaurant and bars amusements for the kids there is a local Chinese take away and fish and chip shops. Two local homely pubs serving delicious meals. Duck Inn sports bar has sky TV and Wi-Fi.

This caravan has parking space for three vehicles. The caravan is situated 5 miles from township of Laugharne and 10 miles from Tenby.

Local attractions include: 7 mile beach, Marros Horse-riding, Folly Farm, Manor House Wildlife Park, Oakwood, Bluestone, Laugharne Castle, Dylan Thomas Boathouse and Dylan Thomas grave site.

Bookings can be 4 nights Mon-Fri/ 3 nights Fri-Mon/ 7 nights Mon-Mon/Fri-Fri. Please enquire for price to suit your holiday.

Damages bond required £75 will be returned after inspection

Passes can be purchased from reception

We supply duvets and pillows but no bed linen or towels
