FROM THE OWNER

This is a Clearwater Lodge 40 x 20 ft, twice the size of a normal caravan, which will give all the space required without compromise. It is centrally heated and double glazed. This lodge has the finest plot on site with lakeside views.

This Lodge is only available to rent in the summer holidays and adjoining weeks.

LIVING AREA

The spacious living room 20 x20 ft includes the dining area, T.V. and radio,

KITCHEN

The kitchen has a gas cooker and a microwave oven, fridge and freezer.

BEDROOMS

The main ensuite bedroom has a king size bed, a walk in wardrobe and shower, and a T.V.

The two other bedrooms consist of pairs of full sized single beds and wardrobes.

BATHROOM(S)

Both the bathrooms consist of a wash basin ,toilet and shower cubicle.

EXTERIOR

This lodge has the finest plot on site, 60ft of South Facing private lakeside frontage, for sun bathing, fishing or row boating. No other caravans to worry about on the north side, that's Minehead Golf course which you can watch from the lounge or kitchen windows.

SITE FACILITIES

The Lodge is in Butlins Holiday Camp Minehead, which need no introduction, for which all Entertainment passes are included.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Guests will be required to bring bedding consisting of: king size bottom sheet & duvet cover, and bottom sheets and duvet covers for the single beds.

Towels and tea towels.

Bookings are secured with £100 deposit, the remainder to be payed no later than six weeks before the start of the holiday.
