A 2-bedroom caravan on Clarach Bay, Aberystwyth. It sleeps 6. No pets. Prices run from £150 to £580 a week, depending on the season.

FROM THE OWNER

Our 2003 Pemberton Monte Carlo caravan to let on Clarach Bay Holiday Village in Aberystwyth, is double glazed and centrally heated, so ideal throughout the season.

Outside the caravan is a large decking area with barbecue and table and chairs.

Being close to all the amenities 1 minute walk to pub and swimming pool sea views and a 5 minute walk from the beach, the caravan is ideally situated.

After each guest there will be a deep clean and a ulv medical grade fogging machine which provide a disinfectant mist to kill viruses and bacteria, and protect surfaces against them. So guests can rest assured knowing all rooms and hard and soft furnishings are fully cleaned in line with government covid 19 guidelines.

LIVING AREA

The large living and dining area offers comfortable settees and a pull-out double bed, along with a TV and Freesat. All dvds and games are being removed due to new covid standards.

KITCHEN

Within the fully equipped kitchen you will find plenty of cupboard space, a microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge freezer.

BEDROOMS

It has two bedrooms, the main bedroom having a TV with freesat plus an en-suite. The second bedroom has twin beds, a TV with freesat.

BATHROOM(S)

The main bathroom has a double shower, wash basin and toilet.

The main bedroom also has an en-suite.

EXTERIOR

Outside the caravan is a large decking area with barbecue and table and chairs.

SITE FACILITIES

Facilities available on Clarach Bay Holiday Village include a heated swimming pool, fish and chip shop, ice cream and burger bar, amusement arcade, fun fair for small children, outdoor sports facilities and direct beach access. There’s also a coastal walk into Aberystwyth.

There’s plenty to see around and about too, including the ruins of Aberystwyth Castle, Borth Animalarium, Devils bridge and lots more.
