ABOUT THIS HOLIDAY HOME

A 3-bedroom caravan on Marton Mere, Blackpool. It sleeps 8. No pets. Prices run from £375 to £575 a week, depending on the season.

FROM THE OWNER

Our Caravan is situated on MARTON MERE HOLIDAY VILLAGE in the Windsor Area of the park which is Very Close to the Leisure Complex and all of the entertainment. Marton Mere is a Haven holiday park.

The lounge area of our caravan has a  TV/video, free view, and DVD player. The extensive seating area can only be described as exceptionally comfortable, and a big attraction is the large double glazed doors that are located at the head of the caravan. As well as the large Double Glazed doors the caravan also benefits from large a window which also allows you to enjoy this area of the park.

The caravan is a Cosalt Vienna 3 Bedroom 8 Berth caravan (sleeping 8 people) which is 38 feet long and 12 feet wide, it has a double bed, 4 single beds, and a pull out double bed within the lounge area. Our caravan also has the added benefits of having Double Glazing and Central Heating.

LIVING AREA

Lounge/Dining Area: The caravan has a comfortable lounge area with a TV and gas fire. The L shaped sofa converts into a double bed for when 8 people are sharing. There is also plenty of seating around the dining table.

KITCHEN

Our kitchen area has all the utensils you need to prepare complete meals or snacks, there is a Gas cooker, hob. Microwave, kettle, and toaster. There is also a generous preparation area and all the crockery & pots and pans you will need from which you can prepare your meals and /or snacks. There is also a lovely table and chairs where you can enjoy all of your meals and snacks in comfort, and were you can also enjoy lovely views across the Mere.

BEDROOMS

Bedroom 1 - double bed plus built-in wardrobe.

Bedroom 2 - twin beds plus buit-in small wardrobe

Bedroom 3 - twin beds plus buit-in small wardrobe.

Extra Sleeping - pull out double bed in lounge.

BATHROOM(S)

The Shower room contains a shower plus wash basin.

There is a separate WC next to the shower room.

EXTERIOR

Outside there is a substantial grassed area, there is a large patio which has a good sized picnic table.

Parking available for Two cars.

To speed up your Enquiry: Please tell US how many people will be using the Caravan, including children and their ages, and how many nights you are looking to stay.

DEPOSITS: A NONE REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF £75 IS REQUIRED WITHIN ONE WEEK TO SECURE YOUR BOOKING

Payment Methods: Cheque/ Postal Order/Bank Transfer for Deposits and Balances.

BOOKED: Your holiday is booked once the deposit has arrived and been cleared in the bank,

BALANCE: THE REMAINING BALANCE IS PAYABLE 8 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE START OF YOUR HOLIDAY FAILURE TO MEET YOUR 8 WEEK PAYMENT MAY/WILL RESULT IN YOU LOSING YOUR DEPOSIT AND YOUR DATES being Re-Advertised and Re-Sold- If the arrival date is less than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday then we require full payment.

WE DO NOT SUPPLY FUN WORKS PASSES:All prices quoted DO NOT include site passes - these can be purchased (if needed) from the Marton Mere Holiday Village (Haven) Owners Reception Area on a daily or weekly basis

Linen Is Not Included: WE SUPPLY DUVETS AND PILLOWS ONLY please bring duvet covers, pillow cases and sheets.

PETS: No Pets Of Any Kind ARE ALLOWED IN OUR CARAVAN:IF YOU ARE FOUND TO HAVE PETS IN THE CARAVAN YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY AND WILL LOSE ALL PAYMENTS

Arrival Times: Arrival Times are 1500Hrs and Departure Times are 10.30am

KEYS: This will be discussed during your booking once your deposit has been cleared

TERMS & CONDITIONS

SMOKING: Strictly no drug taking/smoking :For the health of others (and yourself) please refrain from smoking in the caravan as any damage to furniture etc will have to be paid for If you must smoke ,smoke outside of the caravan, but please don't leave Cigarette ends on the patio or the surrounding grassed areas .

SAFETY-LOSS-DAMAGE-INJURY: Please remember your safety is your responsibility while you are on holiday, we take no responsibility for any loss/damage and /or Injury suffered by yourselves /Anyone staying in or Letting the caravan,IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF ALL VISITORS TO HAVE ADEQUATE HOLIDAY INSURANCE COVER-to cover any/all unforeseen circumstances this is a recommendation.

PARKING: There is space for X2 vehicles at the rear of the caravan please do not exceed this.

BICYCLES: under no circumstances must any bicycles be stored in caravan at any time.

Bookings are available on a 7 night (full week Friday - Friday-Saturday to Saturday or Monday - Monday), 4 night (midweek Monday - Friday), and 3 night (weekend Friday -Monday) basis.
