Lovely comfortable static caravan on level,quiet, clean, and peacefull site with parking next to caravan based mid-way between Looe and Polperro in Cornwall

with many attractions within easy driving distance.

Looe and Polperro are very old fishing ports and hire out boats for fishing and pleasure trips they have also many shops and places to eat.

In Looe there is lovely beach and pier.

Comfortable seating with gas fire and television.

KITCHEN

Gas cooker, sink with hot and cold water, microwave oven and fridge freezer.

BEDROOMS

Main bedroom has double bed with wall units and wardrobe.

Second bedroom two single beds with wall unit and wardrobe.

BATHROOM(S)

Bathroom has flush toilet, shower cubicle, and wash basin with hot and cold water.

EXTERIOR

Exterior of caravan is surrounded by cut grass with storage box located to tarmac access road with ample parking.

SITE FACILITIES

On the West Wayland site there is a mini super market with washing machine near by there is also a fish & chips from 5pm onwards and open field to walk around

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

No pets or smoking in the caravan all breakasages to be paid for.

Duvets and pillows supplied visitors will need to bring duvet covers, pillow cases, and sheets.
