The caravan is situated on a quiet new development at North Denes Park, Lowestoft, Suffolk. The Caravan has been Newly Fully fitted Double Glazing Doors and Windows A-Rated, also has 3 Bedroom fitted with electric heaters, New carpets fitted throughout. Also Smoke Alarm fitted in all rooms and a Carbon Monoxide Alarm also fitted.

Situated only 100 yards from the sea with pleasant walks along the sea wall and dunes towards Corton Beach and 5 minutes from Lowestoft lovely award-winning sandy South Beach by car, also if you like sea fishing off the beach this is the place for you. Across the road at the Sparrows Nest are lovely gardens and a children’s play area, with entertainment in the Summer. The Martello restaurant has good food reasonably priced which opens at 8 am for breakfast. Also, Giardino Italian restaurant is now open offering a lovely restaurant that has a contemporary styled bar and outside dining area. There are pleasant walks along the cliffs into North Lowestoft Town Centre where there is a wide range of shops and eating places. Adjacent to the site there are tennis courts and a bowling green.

The Marina Theatre in Lowestoft and The Seagull Theatre in Pakefield have some wonderful shows and don’t forget the Lowestoft Air Show – a lovely day out for all the family.

You are close to the Broads, Pleasure wood Hills and Minsmere Nature Reserve. The Flora Tea Rooms at Dunwich have excellent fish and chips. Also Well worth a visit is Kessingland Africa Alive Wildlife Park and with their giant car boot sale on Sundays. The entertainment and beach life at Yarmouth and excellent shopping at Norwich are only a short drive away.
