FROM THE OWNER

A 3 bedroom modern caravan with a large, gated, wraparound decking, sited on a premium plot overlooking a large grassed area on the Parkside section of Butlins Skegness. Peaceful & spacious, but still only a couple of minutes walk away from the Skyline arena.

The caravan has double glazing and central heating.

LIVING AREA

Modern and spacious, the living/dining area has fixed L shaped seating with a pull out double bed, complete with television and dab radio, a perfect place to relax in after a fun filled day in Butlins, or somewhere comfortable to watch over the children whilst they play outside.

KITCHEN

Our open plan kitchen is complete with everything you will need whilst enjoying your holiday at Butlins Skegness, including a large fridge freezer.

BEDROOMS

Two twin bedrooms at the rear are perfect for the children whilst the double bedroom has direct access into the shower room.

BATHROOM(S)

The main large shower room leads off both the corridor and the double bedroom, the caravan also has the benefit of a 2nd w/c leading off the corridor.

EXTERIOR

A large gated wraparound decking provides an ideal place to sit in the sun and enjoy some peace and tranquility, step down from the decking and we have a nice grassed area around the caravan which provides a nice, safe area for children to play. The caravan has its own dedicated parking spot which is less than 20 metres from the caravan.

SITE FACILITIES

Butlins Skegness has some of the best facilities for holiday makers in the country, an amazing pool complex with numerous different pools, jacuzzis, 3x slides and an outside river rapids. There is entertainment provided day & night, quaser, mini golf, fun fair, go carts, sports activities, snooker, pool, ten pin bowling, darts, arcades, soft play area, shops, bars, restaurants, direct access to the beach, all this is available without leaving the site, but if you did want to enjoy a day out Skegness and Ingoldmells both have lots of fantastic attractions and are just a short distance away.
