ABOUT THIS HOLIDAY HOME

A 3-bedroom caravan on Butlins Caravan Village, Skegness and Ingoldmells. It sleeps 8. No pets. Prices run from £245 to £840 a week, depending on the season.

FROM THE OWNER

This caravan is on the first strip of Sandhills making it easy to find and not far to walk. Lovely corner plot with a big grass area opposite some kids may enjoy. Too tired to walk to the resort after fun filled day yesterday? No problem, train stops outside the caravan for all the family to enjoy (running times are signposted on site).

LIVING AREA

Spacious central lounge with Flat screen TV with freeview and DVD player. Cupboard of games and DVDs, so there is something for the whole family to enjoy. Wrap around seating area with a pull out bed.

KITCHEN

Fully equip kitchen. Pots, pans utensils you name it, it's there ready for a great break away. Gas cooker, microwave, kettle, full size fridge freezer for all your frozen foods.

BEDROOMS

Beautiful master bedroom with ensuite shower room with toilet and basin. Plenty of storage with a double wardrobe and over head bed storage there's plenty of space for all your belongings. Lovely built in dressing table with wall mirror, helping you get ready for the wonders ahead.

Twin Bedroom with over head storage and single wardrobe. Bunk beds with desk and storage cupboard and bedside table.

BATHROOM(S)

Ensuite in master bedroom plus another shower room with toilet and basin so there's no need to worry about a queue for the bathroom.

EXTERIOR

Nice size veranda with ramp, making pushchairs and wheelchairs much easier to asses the caravan, plus a baby gate at the top of the ramp to keep your little ones safe. Patio set for sitting outside relaxing or eating in the sun.

You will also have access to Laundry, fast food, restaurants, bars, arcades, sweet shop, mini supermarket, gift shop, ice cream shop, hire shop and more.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

When you book, a £50 deposit is required, or £100 for Adult Weekends. This secures your booking. This deposit is non-refundable

On receiving your payment a Booking Confirmation will be returned. This will confirm your booking and show the remaining balance to be paid no later than eight weeks before your holiday. A due date for this payment will show on your receipt, however, no further reminder will be sent. Should your payment not reach us by the due date we reserve the right to re-let the caravan. In addition to the cost of your holiday, you will be billed for an additional £50, or £100 for Adult Weekends. This will be refunded to you by post/bank transfer, within 7 days, once the Caravan has been checked for damage following your Holiday, provided no damage has been found and you leave the caravan relatively clean and tidy. If you supply an e-mail address this booking confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail.

Should you book eight weeks or less from the date of the holiday the full amount will be due immediately unless prior arrangements have been made with me

Please ensure that you complete the booking form accurately, as failure to do so could result in you forfeiting your holiday

Butlins Skegness is a family complex as a result I regret that I am unable to accept bookings from:-

a) Groups of adults of all one sex under the age of 30 (except for Over 18 Weekends)

b) Groups of mixed sex adults under 25 years of age (except for Over 18 Weekends)

Butlins is a family holiday park and anyone whose unreasonable conduct causes a nuisance to any other persons on the park will be asked to leave

In order for the caravan to be cleaned and checked, departures must be made before 10am on the day of departure and no keys will be released before 2.00pm on the day of arrival, 4pm if you didn't choose 2pm or 3pm at the time of booking.

The caravan must be left in a clean and tidy condition.The hirer is responsible for all members of the party and must make good any losses, breakage, or damage done to the caravan or its contents during their stay

Pets are not allowed to stay any of the caravans. Anyone found with a pet will be asked to leave with no refund

No smoking is allowed in any of the caravans, unless it is designated a smoking caravan. Anyone found smoking will be asked to leave with no refund

Should accommodation booked become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control a full refund will be given

HOLIDAY CANCELLATION

A I will return your monies (less deposit) if written notification is received before 28 days of your holiday start date

B I will return 50% of your monies (less deposit) if written notification is received before 14 days of your holiday start date

C I will return none of your money if you cancell within 14 days of your holiday start date

Please note I do not own the caravan site (I wish I did !!) and therefore cannot accept liability for alterations to the facilities from those advertised.
