ABOUT THIS HOLIDAY HOME

A 3-bedroom caravan on Primrose Valley, Filey. It sleeps 6. No pets. Prices run from £300 to £700 a week, depending on the season.

LIVING AREA

The living room area is roomy and spacious with newly laid carpet and a large comfy sofa from which you can see our stunning sea views

We have a 40 inch flat screen tv with freeview and DVD player

A large selection of DVD’s, games, puzzles, jigsaws and books will keep the whole family fully entertained and occupied

KITCHEN

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for family meals

We have a slow cooker, air fryer and toastie maker

A full fridge freezer provides enough room for all groceries and provisions.

A full range of cutlery and kitchen utensils are provided.

BEDROOMS

We have 3 bedrooms which sleep 6 people

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, ensuite toilet and flat screen tv

For your comfort a hair dryer is provided

The spacious wardrobe provides adequate storage for suitcases and bags

The other bedrooms have 2 single beds in each

A travel cot, changing mat and bed guards are provided for the little one’s

Fresh, clean bedding is provided and made up for guest arrival.

Themed bedding is available for younger guest’s if required.

BATHROOM(S)

We have 1 main bathroom with shower, toilet and sink

The master bedroom ensuite provides a separate toilet and sink

Hand towels are provided in each bathroom.

Please bring your own bath towels.

EXTERIOR

The wraparound decking has a non slip safety surface and the gate locks for further piece of mind

We have patio furniture on the decking and a picnic bench at the side for al fresco dining

The patio doors open fully to allow ease of access to the decking

The adjacent private parking space means you couldn’t get any closer

SITE FACILITIES

A new Wetherspoons pub has just opened on site and is well worth a visit with inside and outside seating

A further bar and restaurant ‘The Lakeside’ offers delicious food and drink

The on site mini market is open early to late for every day essentials

Slim Chickens, Burger King and Cook’s Fish and Chips offer quick and tasty food

The park has 3 swimming pools, amusement arcade, outdoor cinema and funfair, 2 lounges offer night time entertainment for all of the family

A range of park activities are available:

Climbing wall, segways, go karts, paddle boarding, archery, crazy golf and ranger led activities such as bug hunt and den making

Direct beach access is available via 3 separate points on the park

Bus stops at reception and on the main road offer services to Bridlington, Scarborough, Filey and Hunmanby for day trips and shopping.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

A £25.00 non refundable deposit secures any booking

A £100.00 refundable security and damages deposit is required for each booking

This is normally repaid 48 hours after cleaning and inspection of the caravan all being well

We offer free cleaning and wifi and provide free clean bedding made up for arrival and hand towels, please bring your own bath towels

Our maximum capacity is 6 people

This must be adhered to for safety reasons

We do not allow smoking or vaping inside the caravan

We do not accept pets

The lead guest must be aged 21 or over

We do not allow same sex groups unless by prior agreement
