A 2-bedroom caravan on Sandy Glade, Brean. It sleeps 6. No pets. Prices run from £275 to £675 a week, depending on the season.

FROM THE OWNER

This immaculate caravan is located on Sandy Glade Holiday Park in Brean, near Burnham-on-Sea, Somerset  and has been graded Gold by John Fowler. It has double glazing and central heating.

The caravan is situated on a quiet corner plot with plenty of privacy and a patio and lawn area with table and chairs for relaxing. It has an Enclosed Decking so the little ones can play in assured safety. There is ample car parking.

Location: Sandy Glade is a family orientated park, which has an indoor heated pool with regular lifeguard cover, a separate kiddies pool and a Sauna for the grown-ups. There is a licensed Clubhouse with nightly entertainment, and a well run Foxy Club to keep the kids happy. There is also a play area, amusements, cafe/takeaway, well stocked shop and launderette.

Across the road from Sandy Glade is a footpath that leads you through the sand dunes to 7 miles of a safe, sandy beach. Just a 10 minute walk takes you to Brean Leisure Park, which has a large funfair, golf course, bars and restaurants. There are also markets on Saturdays and Mondays, plus a car boot sale on Sundays.

If you want to go a little bit further afield why not visit Burnham On Sea (5 miles), Western Super Mare (9 miles), Cheddar Gorge (15 miles), Wookey Hole Caves (22 miles), and many more all within easy reach.

LIVING AREA

Large lounge area features a 32inch flat screen Freeview TV, and DVD with a selection of films.

Separate dining area.

KITCHEN

Fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, full sized cooker with extraction hob and microwave, as well as all the usual kitchen utensils, saucepans, crockery etc.

BEDROOMS

The caravan has 2 bedrooms: a spacious main bedroom with en-suite toilet, and a second bedroom with two single beds. There is also a sprung pull out double bed in the lounge.

BATHROOM(S)

Good size shower room with hand basin and toilet.

There is also an ensuite toilet in main bedroom.

EXTERIOR

Outside there is a patio and lawn area with table and chairs for relaxing. There is also Enclosed Decking so the little ones can play in assured safety. There is ample car parking.

Calendar is set Friday to Friday. I take bookings also Saturday to Saturday, Monday to Friday and Friday to Monday subject to availability please contact me for pricing.

Payment is required 4 weeks prior to arrival, although late bookings will be accepted if we have availability.

In addition to the hire charge a £50 deposit is required to secure the booking, which is refundable within 5 days of your departure, provided the caravan is vacated in the same condition as when you arrived. The caravan will be checked after every departure. Full amount due 4 weeks before the holiday
