FROM THE OWNER

The cabin is situated in the woods close to the sea, nice and quiet away from the complex. It has double glazing and has full central heating.

As well as the complex there are great places to visit close by including Snowdonia National Park with it’s own attractions.

LIVING AREA

Spacious lounge with comfortable seating, Playstation 2 with lots of games and 43" smart TV.

Dining table and chairs.

KITCHEN

Modern kitchen with everything you'll need including microwave and toaster.

BEDROOMS

Main bedroom has double bed, 2nd bedroom has twin beds and 3rd bedroom has bunk beds.

BATHROOM(S)

Bathroom has bath with shower over, was basin and WC.

EXTERIOR

Outside you can relax on the lovely veranda which has tables and chairs plus parasol. There is also a grassed area.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

A non-returnable £50 deposit is required on taking the booking.

Balance to be paid eight weeks before occupancy.

Any Damage or breakages discovered after your visit will be rectified and the costs invoiced to you.

No Pets unless previously agreed with owner, A charge of £15 per pet is required to cover cleaning.

Please note you need to take your own bedding (pillow cases, sheets and duvet covers) and towels

Electricity & Gas are included in the price

Check in after 15:00 on day of arrival

Checkout before 10:30 on day of departure

Passes for on site entertainment and wifi access can be purchased from reception if required.
