FROM THE OWNER

Hi, and welcome to my holiday home.

As you will see from the photographs the caravan has had a complete refurbishment to a very high standard, with much thought and consideration for my guests’ comfort.

This static caravan has double glazing and is central heated throughout.

LIVING AREA

The front room has two settees, which convert into beds, along with a 32" TV/DVD combi.

KITCHEN

The kitchen has a large hob, built-in fridge, freezer, microwave and a double oven, along with a table and four chairs. Double doors lead from the kitchen to a decking area which also has a table and four chairs.

BEDROOMS

The caravan has two bedrooms and sleeps 6. The luxury master bedroom has glass mirrored wardrobes and an en-suite. The second bedroom has two single beds, one of which can be folded to the wall so a cot can be placed if required (which we can supply)

BATHROOM(S)

The bathroom consists of a bath and shower with very clean lines.

EXTERIOR

Double doors lead from the kitchen to a decking area which also has a table and four chairs.
